Clive has a considerable range of business, management, design and construction experience gained from a variety of high profile roles, predominantly in the construction and development industry and was a founder member and MD of CRE8 Management Ltd which was a highly successful Consultancy business, running from 2004 and eventually being sold in 2015.

His main strengths are founded in his ability to operate at a strategic level, formulating the overall plan or programme of work, whilst still possessing the technical skills and commercial acumen to deliver at a project level.  This has enabled him to operate equally effectively at the inception stages of projects through to the project delivery and handover. A significant proportion of his recent project, programme and development management workload has involved leading a variety of businesses and complex regeneration schemes.

Ursula is a natural business leader with strong analytical skills, financial acumen and a creative problem solver with considerable experience in developing strategy, delivering business transformation or improvements and providing challenge and inspiration to achieve high levels of success in a broad range of sectors including management consultancy, EPC contractor, nuclear and healthcare.

Ursula’s style is proactive and focuses on effective team-work to achieve success.  She brings a substantial skill-set incorporating financial management, project and programme management, change and transformational leadership, system integration programmes, contract negotiation and management, business process design, business planning, team building and management.

As a Project Manager, Adam brings a breadth of experience delivering projects of varying nature and complexity for numerous client bases. His broad skillset and ability to communicate effectively has been an important factor in the successful delivery of the projects he has managed to date. 

Adam is a personable, proactive Project Manager with a proven track record. His key objective is to ensure that Client teams, consultants and contractors coordinate their activities effectively and are invested in a common goal to successfully deliver the project to the client’s requirements.

Karl has gained over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry working for both public and private sector clients in a variety of sectors including Commercial Property, Industrial & Logistics, Mixed Use Development, Residential, Remediation & Regeneration, Rail, Light Rail and Highways.

Combining strong technical skills with this wealth of experience, Karl is adept at identifying and understanding key issues and constraints affecting project outcomes, which enables him to add value at all stages of a project lifecycle. In addition to this, Karl’s strong leadership qualities enable him to work with and influence other team members, leading to a ‘teamwork approach’ and ultimately projects which fulfil the client’s key objectives.

Andy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in the Construction and Property Development Industries. Working for both private sector consultants and developer client organisations, he has an in-depth knowledge and proven track record in sectors including Commercial Property, Offices, Hotels, Industrial and Logistics, Mixed Use Development, Residential, Remediation and Regeneration.

Andy enjoys offering strategic commercial advice from the early stages of the design development, right through to delivery and beyond and is proud of the awards he has won over the years, including from the BCO, RICS and Civic Trust.
